This area of the website provides useful information and guidance for you should you be required to attend an Additional Support Needs Tribunal and includes information in relation to the hearing venues where Tribunals are held throughout Scotland, guidance documents issued by the President of the Additional Support Needs Tribunals and guidance on how to claim expenses you have incurred attending a Tribunal, as well as the actual expense forms.
Hearings are normally held in hotels and conference centres throughout Scotland. We aim to make the venues convenient, accessible and appropriate for all parties attending a hearing.
