How to use this site

This website is currently under development: the site has been developed in phases since 2005 to offer comprehensive online access to the tribunal administration and designed to meet high standards for accessibility and ease of use. We are currently on the 3rd and final phase of our website development and this work should be completed by the end of 2008.

We will continue to develop the site to make it easier for each of the groups of people who have an interest in the tribunal to find out what they need to know. These people are:

  • parents and young people who are thinking about making a reference;
  • education authorities;
  • tribunal conveners and members;
  • other agencies providing services to children with additional support needs;
  • and anyone who is interested in knowing more about what we do.

We would like to make it as easy as possible for people to deal with us through the Internet and e-mail, although we are always ready to provide assistance on the telephone. We would welcome your comments on how you find the site as this may help us to improve it.
