Anonymised decisions are now available to search via the 'Decisions Database' link on the homepage of this website.

March 2007

The President intends in due course to publish decisions. These decisions will be published in such a way as to protect the anonymity of the child or young person concerned. It is intended that they will be published electronically within an area of this website. This will not take place until a reasonable body of decisions are available.

2005

14 November 2005

Commencement of the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004. As of this date the Additional Support Needs Tribunals for Scotland can now accept references from parents or young people.

Early November 2005

The successful members and conveners of the Additional Support Needs Tribunals for Scotland are announced.

24 October 2005

Jessica Burns appointed as the President of the Additional Support Needs Tribunals for Scotland.

3 May 2005

Commencement of Section 17 of the 2004 Act, bringing the Additional Support Needs Tribunals for Scotland into being.

21 March 2005

Tribunal website goes live.

17 March 2005

Appointment regulations laid before the Scottish Parliament
