From 12 January 2018, the Additional Support Needs Tribunals for Scotland will transfer into the Health and Education Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland. Our Website, Information and Guidance etc. will be rebranded with our logo:
The Tribunal is also developing a form which can be used by children who wish to set out their views in writing. This will be another way in which children can communicate with the Tribunal.

The Eleventh Annual Report of the President of the Additional Support Needs Tribunals for Scotland is now available.
The President is pleased to advise that the Tribunal will now publish certain disability discrimination claim decisions. A sample of these are now available in the Decisions database.
The President has recently issued a new guidance note on Independent Advocacy - Guidance No 01/2016
Scheduling Hearings - In order to better manage the increase in references received this year, conveners will now seek to fix hearing dates at the first stage of the case conference call. Parties are advised that in order to assist with this process, that they liaise with their witnesses and each other in advance of this conference call.
